In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, WhatsApp, and Email professionally and promptly. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints, providing detailed product information, and documenting interactions using our CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within an e-commerce environment. Proficiency in multiple languages and experience with platforms like Shopee and Lazada are essential. Familiarity with electrical products is a plus.
