Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Prepare the Annual Training Plan (ATP) and develop Training Manuals.
- Update Training Records and maintain compliance with standards.
- Coordinate the Internship Programme including hiring and documentation.
- Manage the Apprenticeship Programme with technical institutes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Training & Development.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
