The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for showcasing the value and benefits of our client’s products through active customer engagement, focusing on selling and renewing contracts. This role requires effective communication of product value to customers.
- Manage a dedicated territory to meet revenue quotas.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Master product knowledge to assess client needs.
- Address customer concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Handle customer communications proactively.
- Collaborate with team and management.
- Maintain CRM systems.
- Support sales activities.
- Report directly to a Sales Manager.
Location: MYS Kuala Lumpur – Level 5, Platinum Sentral
