Deskripsi Kerja

Your Role:

• Answer incoming calls and communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
• Flexibly schedule class times.
• Manage student check-ins and registrations.
• Provide high-quality service and assist customers with inquiries and registrations.
• Perform basic computer and administrative tasks.

We Are Looking For:

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Passionate and cheerful with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
