Deskripsi Kerja
Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Hotel Reservation Agent to manage daily reservations and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling incoming communication, maintaining detailed guest profiles, and ensuring knowledge of hotel systems like Opera. Candidates should exhibit strong attention to detail and adhere to accounting procedures.
Prior experience in a similar role at a 4-5 star hotel and strong customer service skills are preferred. Knowledge of Opera software is a plus.
