Deskripsi Kerja
KINTETSU WORLD EXPRESS is seeking a dedicated Air Freight Customer Service representative. The ideal candidate will provide clear shipping instructions, coordinate with various teams for smooth operations, handle customer inquiries, and ensure accurate billing. Requirements include an SPM or Diploma in relevant fields, strong interpersonal skills, and 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in freight forwarding. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
Benefits: Free parking, Maternity leave
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay, Yearly bonus
