Responsibilities:
- Ensure operations systems and procedures are followed.
- Handle sales money and cashiering according to SOP.
- Lead and coach the cashier team.
- Support stock movement systems and collaborate with Visual Merchandising.
- Perform HR-related administrative tasks.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Retail Management.
- 4-5 years of retail experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts and holidays.
- Computer literate.
