Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at SAM Engineering & Equipment (M) Bhd. The successful candidate will assist in executing employee compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting and retaining talent. Key responsibilities include conducting market surveys, analyzing salary data, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and managing performance-related matters.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Willingness to travel across SAM Malaysia is required. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive benefits package.
