Deskripsi Kerja

Puncak Tegap Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support professional on a 12-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve support tickets promptly and professionally
• Keep requesters updated on ticket progress
• Log support inquiries and diagnose technical issues
• Manage backups and daily admin of the data center
• Provide desktop and server support

Benefits include health insurance, opportunities for promotion, and professional development. Pay starts from RM2,400.00 per month.

This position is based in Melaka, with a requirement for 50% travel.
