Join Novarec Sdn Bhd as an E-commerce Customer Service & Sales Executive! In this role, you will handle customer inquiries from TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, ensuring satisfaction through professional support. You will also recruit TikTok affiliates, manage project budgets for sample distribution, and monitor performance to achieve sales targets.
We seek individuals with customer service experience, familiarity with e-commerce platforms, and strong communication skills. If you are organized, results-oriented, and passionate about sales, we want you on our team!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
