Deskripsi Kerja

Join MR D.I.Y. GROUP (M) at our Seri Kembangan (HQ) location as an Employee Relations Officer. In this role, you will conduct disciplinary actions, prepare necessary documentation, manage employee attendance, and handle performance management matters. You will also initiate industrial relations initiatives and liaise with relevant bodies.

We encourage fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree to apply. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are a must. Prior internship experience in Human Resources is a plus. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and a team player.
