Scope of Work:
- Material take-off
- Review project scope, drawings, and specifications
- Manage contracts and subcontracts
- Determine costs and prepare progress claims
- Work within the allocated budget
- Assess change orders and variations
- Monitor costs in material, labor, and machinery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Resume must include Degree and SPM Certificates (Mandatory)
