Deskripsi Kerja
Alpha Dental, a well-established dental clinic, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Taman Sutera Utama branch.
Location: Johor Bahru
Salary: RM2,00 – RM2,800 plus attractive commissions
Hours: 9 am – 6 pm or 9 am – 9 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Register new and existing patients.
- Respond to patient inquiries about services.
- Schedule reminder calls for appointments.
- Calculate daily revenue and prepare credit statements.
- Handle patient billing and medication dispensing.
Requirements:
- SPM certificate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Reliable transportation required.
