Deskripsi Kerja
Important Highlights:
- Permanent position following a probation period.
- Working hours: 5 days a week (24-7 Rotational Shifts).
Work Scope Includes:
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face counseling sessions.
- Organize wellness group sessions.
- Design wellness calendars, presentations, and reports.
- Offer assistance to agents and develop action plans.
Selection Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology or Counseling.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience post-bachelor.
- Licensed by Lembaga Counselor Malaysia (LKM).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
