Deskripsi Kerja
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Manage customer RFQs, serve as the main contact for inquiries, and build strong customer relationships for satisfaction and repeat business.
Technical and Process Coordination: Liaise with service providers to evaluate process costs, coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution, and address purchase order discrepancies.
Project Management: Oversee project kickoff, ensuring accurate transfer of documentation, and lead meetings to resolve challenges.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation for traceability, prepare KPI reports, and organize filing systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In-person
