Deskripsi Kerja
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- First contact (Level 1 support) for calls and emails from sales agents across Malaysia regarding application issues.
- Manage tickets/requests using BMC Remedy Salesforce tool.
- Ensure end-to-end resolutions within agreed SLAs.
- Identify and resolve user issues, guiding them through corrective steps.
- Register, log, and escalate issues for enhancements and bug fixes.
- Administer user access.
Job Specification:
- Degree in IT or related field with 4 years of experience.
- Experience in helpdesk, life insurance, financial services, call center, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
Schedule: Afternoon and Day shifts
