Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients through various communication channels.
- Provide consultative support for advertiser accounts.
- Promote advertising opportunities on TikTok’s platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze account performance and recommend optimizations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Understanding of social media and digital advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Job Type: Contract (12 months), Pay: Up to RM3,600.00/month.
