Deskripsi Kerja
PerkinElmer is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full-cycle recruiting process. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting screenings and interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. You will represent PerkinElmer at career fairs and generate recruitment metric reports.
We require a minimum of 2 years of direct talent sourcing experience, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and strong interpersonal skills. A master’s degree is preferred.
