Join OSRAM (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. as an HR Specialist, supporting the board and business in achieving strategic objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR support to employees on issues such as leaves and compensation.
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Maintaining electronic employee files and records.
- Generating standard reports and analyses for HR team members.
- Offering email and phone support for employee inquiries.
We’re looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, fluent English, and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
