Deskripsi Kerja
Accenture is seeking an HR Service Delivery Analyst to support employee movement updates, process inquiries related to the employee life cycle, and maintain training records in SAP. The ideal candidate will manage compensation data, leave administration, and assist in performance appraisal processes. Responsibilities include data entry, report generation, and escalation of HR-related issues as needed.
Qualified applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1-3 years of HR experience is preferred. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is a plus. Fluency in Mandarin is required.
