Contract period: 1 year
Job Description:
- Implement recruitment programs and strategies.
- Meet with managers to establish recruiting requirements.
- Direct labor hiring experience required.
- Build applicant sources and maintain relationships.
- Attract applicants through job advertisements.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and interviews.
- Verify applicant qualifications and manage work permits.
- Liaise with government bodies for HR matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, HR Management background a plus.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM5,800.00 per month
Location: Batu Kawan (In-person)
