Deskripsi Kerja
Join the culinary team at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur as a Chef de Partie in our Chinese Banquet Kitchen. You will be essential in keeping operations smooth while upholding Hyatt’s brand standards. Responsibilities include supervising your station and ensuring high-quality dishes at events.
We seek Malaysian citizens or permanent residents with a culinary diploma or apprenticeship, and a minimum of 2 years as a Chef de Partie, or 3 years as a Demi Chef de Partie in international hotels. Strong hygiene knowledge and organizational skills are required.
