Deskripsi Kerja
KPJ PHARMASERV ALLIANCES SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring prompt and professional service. You will assist with product information, process orders, and collaborate with pharmacy staff for seamless service delivery.
Requirements: A diploma in Pharmacy or a related field, strong communication skills, and previous customer service experience are preferred. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented and passionate about helping others.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,600.00 – RM4,510.00 per month
