Deskripsi Kerja
Company: GAINS Education Group Sdn Bhd
Key Responsibilities: Handle recruitment and selection processes, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, manage onboarding, address employee concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, support HR initiatives for engagement, assist in performance management, and administer compensation and benefits.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 2-5 years of HR experience, knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Work Location: In person | Schedule: Day shift
