Deskripsi Kerja
A reputable multinational corporation (MNC) is seeking a Key Account Manager (Logistics) to join our team in the Prai, Penang office. This role will serve as a vital link between our customers and internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations and promote continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Drive improvements for logistics processes.
- Manage project changes and implement new solutions.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM8,00.00 per month
