Deskripsi Kerja
Perfect Host (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Front Office Assistant responsible for greeting guests and managing daily operations at our properties. This role includes ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, handling tenant interactions, processing rent checks, and maintaining lease agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Register guests and accommodate special requests.
- Assist with pre-registration and room blocking.
- Maintain compliance with cash-handling policies.
- Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping.
- Monitor Online Travel Agent management.
Location: Imperio Residence Seafront, 192 Malaka Raya, Melaka, Malaysia
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,00 – RM2,200/month
