Overall Job Purpose: Administer HR Administration and Shared Services processes to provide top-tier HR services, products, and systems aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer HR activities as per quality standards and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with established service delivery standards.
- Identify and correct errors in accordance with guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service delivery.
- Perform analysis, reporting, and data maintenance tasks.
- Implement internal control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree; HR Certification preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a related field.
