Deskripsi Kerja

FUSTAANN is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Service & E-commerce Manager to lead the daily operations of our online store while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage online store operations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Managing inventory and processing orders efficiently.
  • Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Creating and optimizing sales promotions.
  • Analyzing sales data for performance improvements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
