Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Execute governance and company secretarial functions.
- Manage HR functions including recruitment and training.
- Prepare corporate documents and annual statements.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Malaysian citizen aged 18 or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act 2016.
- Professional qualifications such as MICS/License Secretary.
- Practicing Certificate is required.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (24 months)
Pay: RM6,600.00 – RM8,500.00 per month
