Deskripsi Kerja
GECO Asia is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to refine and prioritize user stories, while ensuring the smooth implementation and integration of systems. You’ll engage with stakeholders to understand business priorities, organize Agile/Waterfall ceremonies, and maintain a prioritized backlog that aligns with project goals.
Requirements include experience in Agile software development environments, a strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency in backlog grooming and sprint ceremonies. Familiarity with user acceptance testing processes is a plus.
