Deskripsi Kerja
CIPLI INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Supervisor to oversee various aspects of the employment process. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, health & safety, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
You will collaborate with government agencies such as JKKP, DOE, and HRDF. An OSH Coordinator certification is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from RM2,500.00 per month
Location: In-person, preferably in Kepala Batas (North Seberang Perai, Penang). Reliably commuting or planning to relocate is preferred.
Experience in human resources is preferred (minimum 1 year). OSH Coordinator certification is also preferred.
