Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team at Quantum Distribution Sdn. Bhd. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing office documents and supporting our Purchaser. Key responsibilities include:

• Daily data entry of Purchase Orders
• Maintaining and retrieving database records
• Scanning and filing Purchase and Sales Invoices
• Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and billing
• Compiling and updating reports

This is a full-time position ideal for fresh graduates, offering a monthly salary of RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00. Benefits include free parking and maternity leave.
