Deskripsi Kerja
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations in the poultry processing division.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Manage schedules and employee attendance.
- Conduct quality checks at all process stages.
- Manage stocks of raw and packaging materials.
- Resolve operational issues effectively.
- Train new workers and guide the team.
- Prepare production and performance reports.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in poultry processing, strong leadership skills, ability to work shifts.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule: Fixed shift
Work Location: In person
