Deskripsi Kerja
JEV Management & Trading is seeking a skilled Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. If you’re ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Cost estimation, claims, budgeting, and cost control.
- Contract management and payment certification.
- Risk management and financial reporting.
- Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month.
