Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a Reception Supervisor to join our Front Office team at Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will lead our receptionists in providing exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay. You will ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, handle guest concerns, and maintain service quality standards.
Key responsibilities include supervising daily front desk operations, monitoring team performance, and coordinating special requests. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in Front Office operations, preferably in a hotel, and must be familiar with OPERA or similar systems. A confident, service-driven personality and strong communication skills are essential.
