Deskripsi Kerja
Thai Odyssey Management Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a professional and dedicated Front Desk Agent. This role includes handling calls and walk-in customers, scheduling therapist massages, managing bookings, and promoting our massage packages. Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, addressing customer complaints, and managing cash transactions.
Requirements include a minimum SPM, availability to work 5 days a week (including weekends and holidays), and strong interpersonal skills in English and Malay. Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
We offer a competitive salary of RM1,500.00 – RM2,300.00 per month, dental insurance, career growth opportunities, and attractive incentives.
