Deskripsi Kerja

Concentrix is seeking a dedicated Associate Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers to demonstrate the value and benefits of our client’s products or services, focusing on selling and renewing contracts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Achieving revenue quotas by managing a dedicated territory.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts.
• Mastering product knowledge to assess client needs.
• Handling customer concerns and managing competitive pressures.
• Maintaining our customer management system (CRM).

The position is located in Kuala Lumpur at Menara Exchange 106, Level 6, Lingkaran TRX, Jalan Tun Razak. This is a full-time role.
