Deskripsi Kerja
Location: PJ City, Jalan SS 51a/219, Seksyen 51a, 46100 Petaling Jaya
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Talreso Consultancy and Advisory Sdn Bhd as Customer Service Inbound Representatives. In this role, you will handle inbound calls regarding Medical Takaful certificate repricing, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time, 6-month Contract
Salary: Up to RM2,100 per month
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Requirements include SPM and above, with fresh graduates welcome to apply. Basic understanding of Takaful principles is preferred.
