Deskripsi Kerja
Our established dental clinic in Pulai Mutiara, Johor Bahru is seeking progressive and dynamic individuals to join us as a Dental Clinic Receptionist / Front Desk Officer. The role focuses on providing quality customer service to all our patients.
Job Expectations:
- Manage appointments, calls, WhatsApp messages, registrations, and payments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service.
- Welcome patients warmly.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic clinic environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum SPM/STPM; diploma or certification is advantageous.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Working Details:
Full-time position, 5 days per week, 9am to 6pm, with a competitive salary of RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00. EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided.
