Deskripsi Kerja
BGM POLO SDN BHD is looking for a dedicated General Admin – Online Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support and online assistance to ensure our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via chat, email, or support tickets.
- Assist with TikTok shop concerns including orders, returns, and deliveries.
- Investigate customer complaints and technical issues.
- Manage return/refund requests and dispute issues.
- Record common issues and customer feedback.
- Support marketing and sales teams during live recordings and offline events.
- Maintain photography equipment in optimal condition.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,00.00/month
