Deskripsi Kerja
Elite Asia Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Ulu Tiram JB location. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from RM2,00 to RM2,500 per month, with a work schedule of 5.5 days per week.
Responsibilities: Answer client correspondences, contact customers for service contract renewals, and utilize computer systems to record details.
Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office, responsible, problem-solving attitude, and excellent communication skills. 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
