Deskripsi Kerja

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including sales reports and stock takes.
• Guide and coach retail staff on operations and compliance.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage recruitment and staff performance.
• Welcome customers and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Leadership skills are an advantage.
