Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a skilled RTR Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring accuracy, and timely reporting of financial data.
The RTR Team Leader will oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and work closely with various departments to improve workflows and stakeholders’ satisfaction.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of experience in a finance role, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in accounting software is a plus.
