The Assistant Manager E-commerce plays a key role in supporting UOA Hospitality’s online presence and digital sales strategies. This position is responsible for managing OTA listings, ensuring rate parity, optimizing web content, and driving bookings through various digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize OTA channels and hotel website.
- Monitor rate parity and resolve discrepancies.
- Support digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze booking trends and online traffic.
- Respond to guest reviews on online platforms.
Requirements: 2-4 years experience in hotel e-commerce or digital marketing; strong analytical skills.
