The successful candidate will manage daily property operations, ensuring compliance with established policies and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
Responsibilities include tracking management accounts, ensuring timely renewal of necessary licenses, and adhering to standard operating procedures. Applicants should possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Building, Facility Management, or a related field, with previous experience in similar roles preferred.
