Deskripsi Kerja

We are representing our client, a trading multinational company in the telecommunication industry, seeking a dynamic and results-oriented candidate for the position of Customer Service Officer based in Melaka.

Benefits:

  • Customer Service Allowance up to RM250
  • Shift Allowance up to RM400
  • KPI Allowance up to RM300
  • Language Allowance up to RM300
  • Supportive work environment with entertainment facilities.
  • Training provided.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates (Diploma/Degree) are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience for SPM holders.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts in Melaka.

  • Minimum Age of 18 Years
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
