Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team as an Admin at Transmatic Automotive Sdn Bhd! We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage daily customer service needs by following SST procedures, schedule service appointments, and promote our services and spare parts sales. You will be responsible for addressing customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing timely updates on vehicle repair status. Responsibilities include coordinating with Mechanics and Foremen, updating customer parts status, and serving as the company’s representative for vehicle inspections.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
