Deskripsi Kerja
Join Samtec, Inc. as a Production Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and machine-based manufacturing processes. This includes setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery, as well as soldering and assembling components. You will also perform visual and quality inspections to ensure our products meet high standards.
Your essential functions will include understanding safety standards, interpreting blueprints, and using measuring devices. Additionally, you’ll strive to meet productivity goals, conduct buddy checks on teammates’ work, and keep an organized workspace.
Additional tasks may be assigned based on your strengths and capabilities.
