Dear Applicants,
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to join GT Mart Sdn Bhd. Candidates must have retail experience in hypermarkets, grocery shops, supermarkets, mini-marts, or convenience stores.
Location: Subang U5, Kapar
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate stock during loading and unloading.
- Manage staff scheduling and performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee stock counting and daily operations.
- Compile reports for management.
- Maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Full-time position, must have own transport.
*Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM2,600.00 per month, up to RM4,00 with incentives.
