Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Product QA Team Leader to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Technologies (Malaysia). In this role, you will assist in monitoring the quality of our products to meet specified standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality through inspection and reporting.
- Conduct daily quality checks and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in training and developing team operators.
- Support the team in technical issues and maintain inventory of critical components.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
- Over 2 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in quality control.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
